Service Description

Compound training which will bring a dynamic approach to turning & receiving the ball. We apply complex mental training to achieve advanced methods in ball manipulation. These courses will take place in the racquetball court at the Centennial Fitness Center in Park Ridge | 1515 W Touhy Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068 Players must pay an additional small entrance fee to the fitness center if no family membership is already in-force. Gym shoes only!! Available classes on Tuesdays: 5-6pm 6-7pm
